Welcome to OnlyNerds! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onlynerds.club (the "Service"). By using OnlyNerds, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
OnlyNerds is a free community-driven service that allows tech enthusiasts to create profile pages, share links, and connect with tech communities. The Service is provided at no cost and is maintained by volunteers.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use OnlyNerds. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on OnlyNerds. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of operating the Service.
Your profile and its contents are publicly accessible by design.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Share malware, phishing links, or deceptive content
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users

6. Nerd ID Cards & Wallet Passes
Your Nerd ID card is for fun and community identification purposes only. It is not an official government-issued identification document and should not be used as such.
7. Third-Party Links
Your profile may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
8. Community Features
Tech communities may issue Nerd ID cards to their members. Community organizers are responsible for their community's conduct. We are not responsible for actions taken by community organizers or members.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyNerds and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
